The Yoga Trainer in Sports programme is designed to prepare competent yoga trainers who can effectively train athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and the general public. The course focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, mobility, and overall sports performance through scientifically designed yoga practices.
Graduates of this programme will be equipped with the knowledge and practical skills required to conduct yoga sessions in sports academies, educational institutions, fitness centres, and wellness organizations.

- Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
- Alternative eligibility may be considered as per applicable NSQF guidelines and relevant experience.
