The Yoga Instructor in Sports is an advanced professional programme designed to develop highly skilled yoga instructors capable of planning and implementing specialized yoga programmes for athletes and sports teams.
The course integrates modern sports science with traditional yoga principles to enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries, improve recovery, and optimize physical and mental fitness.
Eligibility
Candidates must fulfill any one of the following:
- Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
- Eligible as per prescribed experience or previous NSQF qualification
